Born in the (US)NUA: LIVE from Ohio!

Live from Ohio, it's Tuesday night. We're sneaking in a LIVE episode of TeleGeography Explains the Internet this week.

In August, we join a meeting of the OH Network User Group at the fabulous BrewDog hotel and brewery in Columbus, Ohio. If you're not familiar with the Network User Association, they're worth checking out.

Take it from their website: the (US)NUA is a national association whose members are professional network engineers who can't wait to unbox that new router. Our members are industry luminaries who know where the technology is headed and where it's been, lovers of all things networking!

The Ohio chapter kindly agreed to let me do a live version of my talk about how enterprise WANs are changing and what the implications of those changes are for network costs.

I brought lots of WAN data, fielded tons of questions, and very much enjoyed the networking vibes in Ohio. You can listen to my whole presentation below.

Full disclosure: We're definitely not in the sound booth for this episode. We taped it live, and you'll get some extra audience noise in your headphones, but I like to think that just makes you feel like you were there.
